What religion did people have before the Flood ?

That antediluvians simply worshiped God, since they were so long-lived, they had living ancestors who were the grand-children and great-grandchildren of Adam's immediate family. Methuselah was Noah's grandfather, and Enoch was Noah's great-grandfather, who himself was only 6 times removed from Adam. The earth and it's civilization were still very young.

But most of those antediluvian descendants turned from God and got lost in their own sins, sleeping with fallen angels and polluting their bloodlines with demonic (alien) DNA.

And God had had enough of the pollution, as it was Satan's attempt to poison humanity's DNA (which they are still doing today with the secret 'bloodlines' and the mRNA 'vaccines'), and eliminate the pure bloodline of Yahshua(Jesus) from its destined role in eventually producing our Savior.

But Noah had a pure bloodline, and was saved. His was the last pure bloodline back to Adam, as all others had been tainted with demonic in-breeding. And so the pure bloodline of the coming Messiah was secured. That was why Noah and his family were saved from the Great Flood.

Everything, past, present, and future, all point to Yahshua Ha'Machiach (Jesus Christ). He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. And no one comes to the Father, except through Him.
