Trust me it works, Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78433837 Any brand? Use Listerine if you can. It’s stronger than other ones. Yeah I hear it’s good to soak the scalp for problems there also. Probably good for yeast issues. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79369056 You are dealing with a fungal infection. After scraping/filing away what you can, apply generous amount of pressed virgin coconut oil. In a couple weeks you will have naturally soft skin on you heel. |

In no time at all the dead skin falls away. Quoting: Cosmic Cuckoo This, 100%. I use Vicks, but it's the combination of menthol, camphor, and the warmth from the socks that works. I tried a combination of coconut oil, peppermint oil, and beeswax, but it didn't work nearly as well. Don't use your good socks, though, they never really recover. I just keep 'em for the next go-round. More deplorable all the time. |

It's like a pumice stone that spins and grinds it away Quoting: EllenRipley This, it's what I use as well. Don't push down hard when using it, it will drain the batteries quicker and you might grind too far. The sage seeks freedom from desire. He does not collect precious things. Also soak the feet to get them soft, wash with Castille soap and use the pumice stone. Doing both gets them gone in a couple of weeks. Try to do the Heel Balm twice a day and the Castille soap and pumice stone routine maybe twice per week. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 68956865 This. I am mostly barefoot from april-november, even on walks, so the bottoms of my feet are solid. After a bath, or even better - soak them in apple cider vinegar, let dry for a few minutes and then use a Dremel tool. If it gets too close, you will feel discomfort. I use a pet version (for nail trimming), it has a low/high setting. Start with low. |
