Tweakers and thieves, robbers and car stealers, used to be a nice small town here, Redlands, CA. No laws enforced including arson, robbery, burglary, theft, disturbing the peace, drug use in the open, racing on res. streets, etc. etc.

Is it like this everywhere? There is a huge homeless population here. Meth is more rampant than it has been in years. All of the homeless have EDD cards and they mostly buy cigarettes and meth pipes. We moved out of Nevada City to a different state last year. Some friends just sold their house in Auburn and are moving out of state.
