When I was growing up in the 90’s it was a quiet nice little town.....but just like a number of cute little areas like Citrus Heights, Lincoln , heck even north highlands wasn’t that bad. But sadly, just like all places where Democrats are in control.....it goes to shit in a few short years !

I left Granite 3 years ago... now I live where I don’t need to lock my truck or my garage, great neighbors, 5 minutes to a boat ramp, set out trout lines/jugs with 5 hooks on each line, hunt deer and hogs, ride my dirt bike to the mail box, BBQ , burn my brush in my back yard, etc.

Tweekers are everywhere. There is not a state to run to. I have screaming about meth for over 10 years and it just gets worse. Unless you are wealthy and can live a multi-million dollar community you can't get away from it. You want to buy a nice property outside of the city, fine but your neighbor will probably be a bunch of tweekers cooking meth or a distribution hub. I would say two generations globally have been fucked by this fucking drug.

In the 90's it was just a trailer park drug with tweekers cooking it from the allergy pill, psydeophem (however it is spelled) then the cartels took over production with the U S having politicians in on it. Fast & Furious? Meth is a real problem and it has been put out there to destroy as many as possible.

California was paradise back in the 1970s and earlier. Then the '80s came and the hordes from other states and countries moved to California. All of you who moved here brought your own shitholes with you and ruined the state. Most of today's "Californians" aren't Californians at all. Not as much as SF or Sac, and now apparently Auburn. We moved because the whole state is a shithole. The Dims Are chipping away at Prop 13 so property taxes will eventually skyrocket. We also got tired of PG&E shutting of power for days at a time. Plus the fires. We had to evacuate last summer for 3 days.
