1. Like you mentioned, childhood trauma / sexual abuse / lack of love from family

2. Supposedly half of the humans on Earth are hive minded soulless organic portals.. essentially like cyborgs.

3. Cell towers, smart devices, wifi, and etc emits negative frequencies but the way it works is so subtle you don't even know anything is different about your behavior. It's one of the main reasons everyone seems bitter, negative, and often acting like assholes for no reason. It's as if being a negative asshole is so easy and being a kind hearted polite person takes a shit ton of effort and most can't seem to do it.

4. Above technologies being part of mind control.. etc.

The abuse cycle, couple with learned helplessness and subsequent subtance abuse.
