The process is purposely intimidating. There are vaccine lawyers out there who make it really simple. A former neighbor used a firm in Boston when he had a flu shot cause frozen shoulder which the COFC now classifies as "SIRVA". He paid the Boston lawyer $300 up front and when it settled for about $90-100k 2 years later, plus he got his $300 back.

The good news for those worried they cant afford it, is that if the case is viable the vaccine lawyers will typically take the case without a huge amount of money up front although I realize $300 could be a big deal to many people.

The other good thing is the lawyers don't get 1/3 of the settlement. The vaccine court is really strict about what they can charge, and the fees get paid by the government vaccine fund direct to the law firm on top of whatever the injured party gets. My friend's lawyer got something like $15k.

To your point about indemnification, I agree and would not be surprised if there is no recourse for anyone injured by a COVID vaccine. Given the warp speed initiative, there's no way in hell the pharma companies would take on that kind of liability.

I take around 10 different vitamin/mineral/amino acid supplements plus eating a healthy diet.

It took so much for me to feel normal in this toxic world it's no wonder so many are depressed eating garbage food and having no idea what vitamins/mineral they need to supplment.

There's a handful you cannot get in diet any longer.

NAC at 1000mg as needed will help dramatically with OCD/Anxiety, and allergies.

Agmatine at 1000mg twice a day will stop depression and PTSD, it shuts off that receptor.

I am staggered by how many people are taking the experimental covid drugs in the U.K. I only know of one family of 5 and my sister (has immune issues) who are refusing along with my own family of 6.

Have not had a lot of time to research it today but couple of things I did find indicate that COVID vaccines will NOT fall under VICP, rather CICP.

CICP hardly pays out ANY claims and there's a 1 year time limit to file a claim. Sounds like the legal fees would not be the same as for VICP either.
