The process is purposely intimidating. There are vaccine lawyers out there who make it really simple. A former neighbor used a firm in Boston when he had a flu shot cause frozen shoulder which the COFC now classifies as "SIRVA". He paid the Boston lawyer $300 up front and when it settled for about $90-100k 2 years later, plus he got his $300 back.

The good news for those worried they cant afford it, is that if the case is viable the vaccine lawyers will typically take the case without a huge amount of money up front although I realize $300 could be a big deal to many people.

The other good thing is the lawyers don't get 1/3 of the settlement. The vaccine court is really strict about what they can charge, and the fees get paid by the government vaccine fund direct to the law firm on top of whatever the injured party gets. My friend's lawyer got something like $15k.

To your point about indemnification, I agree and would not be surprised if there is no recourse for anyone injured by a COVID vaccine. Given the warp speed initiative, there's no way in hell the pharma companies would take on that kind of liability.

FDA requires vaccination providers to report any death after COVID-19 vaccination to VAERS.

Reports of death to VAERS following vaccination do not necessarily mean the vaccine caused the death.

CDC follows up on any report of death to request additional information and learn more about what occurred and to determine whether the death was a result of the vaccine or unrelated.

To date, VAERS has not detected patterns in cause of death that would indicate a safety problem with COVID-19 vaccines.
CDC, FDA, and other federal partners will continue to monitor the safety of COVID-19 vaccines.

CDC: 1265 DEAD 25,212 Injuries Following Experimental COVID-19 MRNA ‘Vaccines’

The CDC added more data yesterday into the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), a U.S. Government funded database that tracks injuries and deaths caused by vaccines.

The data goes through February 26, 2021, with 25,212 recorded adverse events, including 1,265 deaths following injections of the experimental COVID mRNA shots by Pfizer and Moderna.

Obviously it's just coincidence that so many people are dying right after they get the shot!

The CDC is a corrupt, politically controlled waste of American tax dollars. Even though their own numbers show that mask wearing makes absolutely no difference to the spread of the Chinese bio-weapon, they still say we all need to be wearing the face diaper.

Yet if I shoot you and you die and I test positive for Covid then your death is listed as a Covid death.

Please. There are plenty of people out there who you can piss on them and make them believe it is dew from heaven. Not me.

Yes, it is just coincidence.
The yearly mortality rate in the US is ~ 0.85%.
In a US population of 10,000,000 how many will die each year, EBG?
- Hint: 85,000 deaths per year.

How many deaths per day, EBG?
- Hint: 233 deaths per day.

Now, if we vaccinate 10,000,000 people in 2 months would it surprise you that 233 of them died on the day they got their shot?
And another 233 died the day after their shot?
And another 233 died 2 days after their shot?
That makes 700 who died by the third day after the shot.
Does that surprise you?

What is surprising is that there have been so few reports of deaths after the vaccines. In 2 months 14,000 people usually die just through coincidence.
