Dr. Lonsdale is the top thiamine expert in the country, likely the world.

I began taking allithiamine, 100-200 mg a day, and it FIXED my lifelong motility issues. I am in my 60s. I had tried everything over the years. This worked in a week.

What is likely wrong with you is thiamine deficiency and high-calorie malnutrition, which Last nsdale says is rampant in the US.

Buy allithiamine here

The only thing you change is take allithiamine, stop sugar/alcohol, and take a multi vitamin. That’s it.

And it works.

This is a great answer...IF...

you DONT have stricture..

If you do have chronic constatation, hemeroids, things like that...great answer!

Stricture won't be solved.

He's pooping but it's very thin...like it's squeaking by something...

Pencil poops are pretty clear indicator of constriction...

Not motility issues...

But thiamine can help with future intestinal health

I think it's stricture

OP. Go to the hospital and get an x-ray or cat scan. People come in all the time with this problem. If there is a bowel obstruction or gastroparesis it needs to be diagnosed and treated ASAP. This is serious. It sounds like you are beyond colace and that stuff.
In 1839 20-year-old George Sumner sailed from the US to Russia, as supercargo on freighter. He carried with him an acorn, taken from the grave of Washington. He talked his way into the presence of Czar Nicholas I and presented the Acorn as a gift from America. The Czar was charmed. The story....

Wish I could trust the medical profession...

Tests?

Okay...

But their options usually don't end well...

In my PERSONAL experience...

Often they

Colostomy bag...

Better than death...have to admit...

Do the enema, magnesium, docalex option first...

Control your diet...

Re: Nurse, Doc Need Help regarding Motility Issues Please don't laugh
For almost 2 months I have an issue that MAY be a result of lyme disease - basically I am experiencing what seems to be Palsy of my gastrointestinal system

I have heavy constipation and awful pain in my pelvic area and flank

I saw a GI doctor and he didn't seem concerned with an actual blockage - Told me to take 3 Colaces to go- he did not want to administer colonoscopy as I had one 1.5 years ago

In all honesty because I don't talk to my family about this - I am either on my way to expiring(yes)

or I have an actual tumour/blockage somewhere in my rectum/colon - I don't think it is this because albeit every few days last was the longest about 6 days - I am still passing stool - the ends of it are indeed thin and I needed to press to get it out -

or I have CID - possibly caused by a tick bite I had once(I tested positive for band 39)

this old woman had it

Here's the thing - I'm mid thirties and male and DON'T KNOW
I come on GLP like many of you do for supernatural reasons
Lately I am dreaming about and meeting with people that have passed on a lot. When it's time it's time - and I don't want to overthink this - but No one wants to die prematurely - you know?
WHAT TO DO ?
Do I goto the hospital? I feel like there's sh** in my ass/rectum all the time now

I have a very painful collagen disorder and so I have to take quite a bit of pain medication on a daily basis. It blocks me up, the only thing that works for me are sweet potatoes. They work like magic.

Hospitals don't have magic med beds yet nor do they have painless cure all simple interventions. That means that even with the best intentions, the only thing they can do is f*** you up to keep you alive longer, while being all f***ed up.

Complicating all that is the fact that they are hemorraging cash so violently (as they are so under the thumb of the feds at the centers for medicare services) on every patient that comes through the door that staffing levels are being severely cut down.

And yes they are hemorraging cash on every patient who comes through the door and trying to help everyone with rationed, unsafe resource levels. Safe nurse and doctor to patient ratios mean everything regarding how well a clinician can do their job.

This was all a big issue long before covid.

Op, the smooth muscles that control your bowels are low of all B vitamins.
Also, take some aged Cascara Sagarda bark powder.
If your guts are this lethargic you are probably low on all the B vitamins.

Look up the symptoms of B1 and B3 deficiency and pellagra, Beri-beri...so if you have any of them. I think you do.

Let's all keep the peace -
I am not against hospitals - I am broke and uninsured - anyway but I'd goto the ER even if they cannot do much for many people - they mean well

my doc(who I paid in cash) took an xray of my abdomen and chest - just not pelvis - he wasn't concerned - I still asm

I will try the B vitamins as everyone keeps insisting

otherwise I need anotherxray/cat of my lower extremities

I thank the RN above for suggesting it
