The man, Chandra Moore, 55, died Friday morning, Detroit Police Sgt. Nicole Kirkwood confirmed Sunday to the Detroit Free Press. Moore was wanted in Cincinnati for murder and felonious assault. Cincinnati police say Moore shot five people, killing three, including his wife 28-year-old Brittany Wagoner and her brother Timothy Dugar. Andrew Wesley, 35, was also killed.
