If the equality act passes, will conscience protection be up to individual employers?

I'm wondering whether hospitals will be able to give employees any conscience protection individually, or will they all be forced to withdraw conscience protections?

Basically I'm wondering if I'll be able to be employed anywhere at all upon graduation from nursing school if I'm not willing to participate in abortion.

Yes, I know there are nursing jobs that don't involve abortion. But there will eventually be conscience issues there as well, of different sorts.

I'm basically wondering if the equality act passes, will it be impossible to hold a job as a conservative leaning nurse, given the removal of those protections. What do you think?
