The guy in this vid claims monarchy is better. He claims a democracy or a republic ALWAYS end up being a corrupt, dysfunctional oligarchy. He says monarchy can over-rule the oligarchs and special-interests, and that monarchy historically achieves superior results for a society. Thoughts?
