So I just got a call where the guy was asking if I'd be open to selling my house. Guy said he was from a "real estate investment group".
Pretty odd if you ask me. I told him I'd sell for $1,000,000.00. The weird part was he didn't flinch he just wanted to confirm the address. I wouldn't confirm my address so he said thanks and hung up.
I googled the number and a bunch of Chinese writing showed up.
What's really going on?

They buy up whole neighborhoods, do cosmetic improvements and then rent the properties at jacked up prices. This is really terrible for our country and communities. It's pricing people out of the towns they grew up in.
