Well, NW Arkansas is different, because people are moving here in droves from all over the country. I hear ten people a day move to my nearest city. People are complaining that it’s impossible to buy a house and it looks like the prices are shooting up.

Anyway our previous realtor texted me a few weeks ago asking if we would consider selling to their client. I ignored it. We love our house. Plus I own the lot next door. I figure having a double lot makes my house look like a double fat hog to investors.
