I stand by with a high altitude camera and tracking setup, UHD. I have the lat lon of every line in the Chemtrail grid they lay here. So when it happens...

You may see the trail form at some point BEHIND the engine, depending on the relative humidity. Or, what you are referring to are fuel dumps, which originate from a port closer to the wing tip.
