Re: Cryptos to look out for! MANA
Back in 2017-2018 when BTC went on its big climb, I like many others was still skeptical of cryptos.

I didn’t understand the various applications they could be used in, so it didn’t make sense so many altcoins were being created.

I stumbled upon a game that was still being created called Decentraland, a decentralized virtual reality game where the players create the world. Its currency a crypto called MANA. At the time it was trading at less than a penny. I thought it was an interesting use for a crypto but the game was still in early stages.

Fast forward to last week. I haven’t thought about MANA for years and I see an article that they are partnering with Atari to open a casino within Decentraland.

I bought in a bit and I’m glad I did. Up 35% today!

The 39473738283 alt coins out there now are litterally just pump & dumps with little to no practical long term use aside from getting the creators & there friends rich. Anything worth while is already above 20 a coin.
Its gonna be hilarious when all coins get regulated out of existence & replaced by gov currency. No better way to reabsorb billions in frivilously printed money.
Good luck & cash out early.

I think you're wrong and here's why.

The Gobs FED is printing money like it is going out of style. They need somewhere to park all of this money that is flooding the markets. The only way that the leverage ratio stays the same is if the asset price keeps going up. Its so obvious an ape could see it. Another reason I think you're wrong is because the bankers and the bigboys have invested Billions of dollars in platform and stuff. TD, Goldman, Musk and on and on. Wait to see who announces that they are carrying BTC on their balance sheet next.

Re: Cryptos to look out for! MANA
"Anything worth while is already above 20 a coin." That's not even remotely how crypto works/is valued. It comes down to market cap. Some coins have many billions in supply/coins. Others, millions.

The more scarce the coin, the higher its ceiling is for price. XRP, a top 10 market cap coin, isn't even worth 50 cents a coin atm.

Bitcoin is basically a new kind of scheme. The more people who are mining it, the more it costs in electricity to mine one. The current "absurd" mining cost keeps driving up the cost of all bitcoins, even though you could have mined them for practically nothing before.

No one wants to mine something to sell it at a loss, right? Last year, on average, it actually cost more to mine bitcoin than to sell it. So, in a sense, it was almost negative value... yet it was still the most expensive coin, thus "looked to be doing the best."

I don't think anyone knows how to value any crypto properly, given how new they are, and people really haven't figured out how to view bitcoin. After all... no matter how great it is, it's not copyrighted/patented. You can just make another one, at whim. So to even say its supply is capped is kind of needing a global gentleman's agreement to simply not clone it...

To throw my hat into the ring... a true penny crypto is Social Send. 65 million max supply. Trading for a little over a penny atm. 88 cent all time high. Has a platform, own exchange, and use case...

Crypto has a lot of popularity contest to it. Take Doge... it's supposed to be a meme where even the creator of it begs people to not invest in it, yet... one of the highest market caps.. Some coins, if not all, simply need attention. Their value is really just tied to attention or lack there of, for many.

Hello Everyone. Greetings to u. I note this thread is about penny cryptos. I think the stratgic theme for this year is we are about to enter a super-commodity cycle that occurs roughly every 60 years.

The tactic are cryptos associated with commodities. I have not found any yet. But I did find a penny oil stock that took 7 years to get their first oil rig built in Israel in December 2020.

They have been drilling for three months and are now at a depth of 18,000 feet with two wells. They are horizontal rigs which can produce the equivalent of what 10 vertical rigs could do.

I found the stock last January at $0.20 cents per share. When they built the rig, the stock screamed to $1.75. The stock is now $0.75 for the last 2 months while we wait to find out if they hit oil.

The name of the company is Zion Oil and Natural Gas. Symbol is ZNOG. Company based in Dallas with 30 total employees. They have $8 million in cash in the bank.

They have offered warrants to buy the stock for $1.00 with no expiration. The offering closes on March 17, 2021. I think after it closes they will announce if they hit oil and how man barrels per day.

Nice find on the oil stock!

This VR platform is built and is expanding everyday. Sure people are scooping up the shares to make money. But it’s also the currency for the game..

So you’d assume the players are scraping up shares while it’s cheap.

Coinbase is literally in the process of becoming a publicly traded stock. Therefore legitimizing cryptocurrencies as a whole.

Look what the other poster said... see who has profits from BTC on their books!

I will post this only once. It is a network coin but not really. I call it a hybrid coin. This thing is going to go over $700 a coin. Look at how quickly the Coverage/Miners are being built out. Here's a coverage map. [link to explorer.helium.com (secure)] they are closing in on 22K nodes around the planet. Again look at the coinmarket cap [link to coinmarketcap.com (secure)] If your wondering what to do this Saturday spend an hour and do a deep dive into DD on this one. It will be huge.

This coin is useless to country folk. It’s only good in high-density populations.

$VRA.

Recently signed an agreement with ESports Fight Club to be the crypto coin of choice for paying off gamer prizes.

Over 10 million members of ESports Fight Club. So the coin has taken off.

It’s retirement-level potential here. Currently just under 1 cent.

I’ve quadrupled my earnings on this coin in the past two weeks.

Re: Cryptos to look out for! MANA
The way it works is simple…

The better product they produce >> the more users it will attract >> the more use cases MANA will have, as the economy develops >> the demand for MANA increases from inflated user numbers.

If you then couple this increasing demand, with a forever decreasing supply, well, this is the perfect recipe which has been created to ensure that MANA will be worth much more when the Decentraland team come to receive their final vested payment in a lump sum (scheduled for sometime in 2025).

There is nothing wrong with this, in fact, it makes total sense from a development point of view, and ultimately benefits everyone. The official team get a larger payout (in terms of MANA to $ rates), the end user gets the best product that the Decentraland developers could possibly create.

Well decentraland built the platform, they aren’t necessarily working on the product...

I’m assuming with more users, they will purchase more server space to allow more users to play together, better connection and graphics as well.

Independent developers need to start building the space up, and coming up with innovative ideas to keep the demand high.

NFTs are popular but I don’t see any long term use to keep them popular, or holding their value for the most part..

Look folks. I’m not in some pump and dump bs. Research this coin. Up another 41+% today. Kept gaining when Bitcoin dropped.

The fundamentals are there. Over 10 million new users of the crypto are pouring in so they can compete in their eSports.

I’d start a thread of my own but too busy.

This is your opportunity to earn some decent bank. But, as with any investment, you could also lose it all. Risk-Reward.

The mods and a lot of the people in the live chat are obviously in a group. I think they hadn’t to have been tipped off about the Atari partnership... a couple similar pumps prior to the ATH over the weekend
