DONALD TRUMP is terrified of being cancelled like his friend Piers Morgan and so has chosen not to speak out against Meghan Markle following her explosive interview, his former aide has said. Jason Miller, who served as senior adviser to the former US President, revealed his ex-boss' feelings about the royals' tell-all with Oprah Winfrey. Mr Miller said Mr Trump knows he could "make a little news" and create headlines if he publicly criticised the Duchess of Sussex, something which he did during his time in the Oval Office. Mr Miller told Steve Bannon's podcast on Wednesday Mr Trump had described Meghan as "no good". The former presidential adviser said: "When I was talking to the president this morning ... he's like: 'Yeah, she's no good. I said that and now everybody's seeing it. Well, no man, especially no white man, is going to roll around in the mud w/Markle and come out clean. Just saying. On the other hand, she's immaterial and everyone knows is selfish and vain, wanting so much to be someone, so just ignore her and that will drive her nuts. I'm sure that's why she did the Oprah interview - because the RF was ignoring her. So she decided to stir up some trouble for them. But there is only so many times she can pull that one off. |
