Does DIA have carte blanche access to NSA? Does Mossad?
Quoting: rolltiderv2 I wouldn't say carte blanche. They are both entities of the Department of Defense and share a lot of information. NSA is more signals intelligence while DIA is humint focused. As for Mossad...I don't know what the aliied nations cooperative security agreements entail or what they're privy to.
