OP, does state sanctioned gang stalking happen on a fairly wide scale such as happened in E Germany>?

If that number's accurate I suppose that could meet the standard of "fairly wide scale" depending on how you define your terms. That absolutely would qualify but 475 targets is a manageable number. I've seen threads here that have reached hundreds of pages, websites with thousands of unique visitors, and videos with thousands of comments on the subject. I just don't believe that it could go on on such a massive scale. The government just doesn't have the manpower to stalk everybody. Unfortunately, some of the people who believe they are targeted are just suffering from undiagnosed mental illness...Or they're especially sensitive to EMF which is documented and can account for their experiences. They have the manpower b/c those involved in these projects have black budget slush funds so big you can't count that high, they hire street thugs, people they parole early for that purpose, people who owe favors, and more. Of course there are the mentally ill and super paranoid who upon discovering TIs are a thing begin to believe they are subject when they are not. The activities of the program hit the top of the bell curve about a decade ago, they got the data and the results they needed and the targeting is much more sparse and selective now as the lessons learned are now deployed to high value targets who need discrediting or neutralizing.
