Dan, I don't know if you've ever heard of "Maj Jordan's Diary", but you should. Here is a speech he gave in 1962 about his experiences as the quartermaster for the 'lend-lease program' during ww2.
My summary:
In the Lend-Lease Act we gave Russia the ingredients and patents for nuclear weapons (and MUCH more).
This was exposed in "Major Jordan's Diary". George Racey Jordan was a Seargent in WW1 and applied for WW2. They made him 'quartermaster' for the Lend-Lease program. He was based in Great Falls Montana and his men loaded the planes going to Anchorage and then Russia.
He was so frightened by what he saw being shipped that he kept a diary. We delivered to Russia at least three consignments of uranium chemicals, totaling 1,465 pounds, or nearly three-quarters of a ton. Confirmed also was the shipment of one kilogram, or 2.2 pounds, of uranium metal at a time when the total American stock was 4.5 pounds.
What this shows is that we BUILT and ARMED Russia. This is so the NWO Crime Families could have a Russia/US dialectic they could use to create wars and destabilize the world, in preparation for world government.
He testified in front of Congress many times, but eventually this was all forgotten.

With Germany's engineering and Russia's theoretical physics, a combined Germany and Russia (with all their land and people) would have toppled the current establishment (deep state). So they set upon a 100 year solution. WW1, the rise of Hitler and WW2 for Germany and they built up Rissia to collapse them in the Cold War (which was basically a psy-op). Here's what Lord Balfour said in 1912 (he wrote the Balfour Declaration giving 'pall_estein' to you-know-who. He complained to a reporter that Germany was surpassing England in industrial power. The interviewer replied, "Well, couldn't we try harder?" Balfour replied, "No, I think it will be war."
