This might already have been covered, with the Biden thing.
I have noticed in almost all footage on the news when Biden signs something or has a press conference, Harris is always in the frame about 6-12 feet behind or sideways from him. I have never seen this before with a VP.
Why would she be there? Does she have to be present to make something official (assuming she is the president and not Biden)? Or something else?
