To what degree was the Bill Gates Foundation involved? They seem to have their hands in many worldwide medical disasters especially those relating to vaccines.

I have noticed in almost all footage on the news when Biden signs something or has a press conference, Harris is always in the frame about 6-12 feet behind or sideways from him. I have never seen this before with a VP.
