It's Like Magic Coffee. (The Hangover Thread) I turned over a new leaf and now I don't consume 3,000 calories of alcohol and junk food right before bed. Surprisingly, the weight just flies off. I started getting up around 7 AM now instead of 10 like I used to. I set the coffee pot to brew a strong pot of coffee for that time and like magic, it worked. I had to look up how it makes a stronger cup of coffee using the same amount of water. Turns out it releases the hot water more slowly so that it sits on the coffee grounds longer. Who knew? Magic.
