Shit no. I was in 7th ID during the Rodney King verdict. When, during the LA riots I got a phone call at 5 AM on a Sunday, I didn't have to question why. Before the end of the day, 2nd Brigade was in Los Angeles as part of Joint Task Force-LA. I saw shit there that was almost as bad as Afghanistan.
