Devils advocate. It would be pretty hard to fake that. The lighting alone would make it obvious. however it seems like the lighting is natural from that location.
the black mic which u think is in the foreground, is behind his hand initially, then you see it goes in front.
So... I'm gonna say, its real. unfortanetly.
although, the pants look weirdly jagged.
