"President Biden said Tuesday the shooting that left 10 people dead in Colorado drives home the need for Congress to tighten the nation’s gun laws.
Mr. Biden called on lawmakers to pass federal bans on assault weapons and high-capacity magazines and to close “loopholes” in the nation’s background check system for gun purchases.
“I don’t need to wait another minute, let alone an hour to take common-sense steps that will save lives in the future and to urge my colleagues in the House and Senate to act,” Mr. Biden said at The White House. “We can ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines in this country once again.”

Mr. Biden called on the Senate to immediately take up House-passed measures that seek to strengthen background checks for gun purchases.
“We can close the loopholes in our background check system,” Mr. Biden said. “That is one of the best tools we have right now to prevent gun violence.”

The funny thing about people like you who are safe to go out unarmed is you never seem to realize that you're safe because other people DO CARRY.

And because other people do carry, you are safer than you would be otherwise. If the predators, who will have guns No matter what, thought everyone but them was unarmed you wouldn't be safe.

It's sad how proud you are to be a coward.

That might have worked before they openly rigged the election. Not now that we are in a civil war.
