Mr Dombrovskis told a Brussels news conference: “Some 10 million doses have been exported from the EU to the UK, and zero doses have been exported from the UK to EU.

“If we discuss reciprocity, solidarity and global responsibility, it’s clear we need to look at those aspects.”

He added Brussels would now review exports of the Pfizer vaccine to Britain from a plant in Belgium on a “case by case basis”
