If conservatives weren't such cucks, there'd already be concerted movements pushing for it.

I'm starting to really wonder about that. Why would they suddenly be so blatant about contradicting the constitution? Even during the Obama years, they had to tread lightly. Could it be that back in March of 2020, Trump declared a national state of emergency (because of COVID), effectively handing the powers over to FEMA which would negate any obligation to the constitution? He turned it over to the FEMA guys right on live television without mentioning, of course, any dismissal of the constitution but that is technically what occurred. No one ever mentions this but it DID happen and would explain why bills are being written and laws passed in the night that so BLATANTLY go against our constitutional rights. They clearly are not worried about reprisal for any of it.

Could someone address this? I could be wrong but I don't think so.

I thought that Trump put some people into the ninth court and changed the balance. This sounds like typical 9th circuit court.
