The technology exists to fake a telecast of someone via the use of cameras and software.

You can sit at remote location and make someone appear and speak as you wish.

This is not some devious mad scientist in his basement, this is real technology.

First video footage I saw of this in action was in a demonstration by the developers using previous presidents and making them say and do things that never occurred. To an untrained eye it is completely believable.

I like most of you I had a list of possible expectations on this event.. and I was SHOCKED at the real being presented here.. in terms of the new Exceptional actor... I did not expect this. this is going to be very interesting over the weeks as we move into more war and all that stuff brewing...

We have all seen exceptional character actors.. in films and such...and some funny great comedians... who can do good mimicry.... this is GOOD MIMICRY... we have just looked at.. of maybe the real Biden before he fell so ill and such.

I tuned in to the press conference for a very short time. I didn’t think he was the same Biden as before. So I took a close-up look at him. This one has dark blue eyes. The original had light blue eyes. The last Biden, they were using, had very dark eyes. The thing that made me suspicious was the, suddenly, non-squinting eyes.

as I said. this is a NEW pretend Biden. ones must learn to see this stuff.. because various kinds of substitutions have been pulled off for a long time and the public does not even know to LOOK.

At 19:50 a question is asked and before he responds he pauses then replies. The pause is very long and it appears that he is listening to his ear piece for guidance. They keep talking as he is talking and it becomes fairly obvious that he is listening to someone. I skimmed up to there and couldn't take it any more.
