So I'm watching to see what is coming. It's out there, I can feel it. Someone brought up sunspot 3614. It has the positive negative polarities to create a big flare. If we get another x-flare at the end of the week or beginning of next, big bad heat will hit by the week after that.

When that happens earth will rain rocks and we're not up to the eclipse yet.

Keep your animals watered and out of the sun. Have back up water, clean your Berkey filters. Keep your cool room below ground or in the center of the house out of the sun.

The heat of the day is the danger zone. Stay out of the sun between 10am -4pm. Siesta time with Blue hats and plenty of cool drinks. Not the alcohol kind of drinks, they dehydrate further. A good blend of ginger, tumeric and citrus, something healthy. Fans and AC should be ready to go with back ups for power failures.

Gonna be one hell of a fire season. Texas has had their first fire of the year on February 26. M3th@n3 will blow everywhere. Areas closest to the equator, permafrost and lowlands are vulnerable.

Get the dead brush under control now. Hoses with good water pressure. Fire Safety is a must.

I hear what your saying, had a friend that worked for U-Haul and when there was a greater influx of trucks, they hired drivers and discounted the price to keep the trucks circulating. It doesn't explain how one week the lot was vacant then the next week full, according to OP. That is not in sync with the pace of real estate sales.. only time will tell. Something to watch... If nothing else, it is good to know that there is a supply if needed.
