There’s a plan underway. If all of this is planned they have to do it quickly. I believe the last estimate was a forty five year plan. So they would have had to started a long time ago to get this stuff going. This takes a lot of money.

I know a lot of people think that a large amount of the black budget goes into weaponry, but money is more of a construct that we have to have to survive. They don’t need money. They are in control of it. They do things to keep us engaged. They see people as subjects more subjects as anything else as we stay engaged. While they prepare to save themselves, we are the laborers. They utilize our minds, gifts and abilities for their sakes. Everything that is invented, ingenious they will snatch. They will take. They recruit from universities every single year. Lots of kids disappear into black operations, military industrial complex to do research on things they can never tell anybody. In the USA right now people will check out Google Earth and not look for anomalies. So much but secret cities.

We have a lot of secret cities. They are planning. My point is if something is coming towards us,If we are in a binary system, if all these things are beginning to happen the Bible is absolutely true and revelations is true TPTB would have to be 3/4 into preparations. If they were then the conditions we have right now is exactly what we are supposed to see.

Governmental fights, weather changing not due to HaRP, so is Russia’s harp. Russia’s harp is damaged due to sabotage. They can’t use it. They even tried to seed with P3 orions certain things, it didn’t work. This is because the chemical composition of the atmosphere is laden with heavy particles they stuck up there to reflect the sun’s light. It’s still not working. They have been desperately trying to cool the planet off. That’s what they have been trying to do. It’s not working and it has side effects.

Now icebergs are turning over more and more. All these things are starting to happen. Everything is conflagrating this year and next year.

Q- 23 and 24 are going to be rough years. Let’s talk about Russia. General Armageddon has been demoted so what does that mean??

A-He panned out to be too aggressive against the enemy but not willing to do certain things against the people in Russia. Putin needs somebody who will enforce things. He does not need anybody who is compromised. General Armageddon was compromised by certain groups inside of Russia. Putin cannot trust anyone at this point. He’s disloyal to a degree. He will enrich himself, he has some criminal activity connect to him, so Putin said no.

This other guy coming in will enforce for example military protocol both in country and out of country. He is a tactical guy but also has international relationships that can be utilized because Russia is not only dealing with there part of the world but they are activating in the Middle East. They also have to negotiate and continue to do outside operations with China, North Korea and places like that. So this guy may prove to be highly effective.
