So there ya are. They don’t need to have a person work in an office. All they have to do is seed a conversation. Seed some sort of issue and people will talk about it. The gifted people are tagged and extract the information from. That always happens.

A-You can call those an amplifier. Some of the older equipment was when they had tubes and things like that. They use to take some of the guys from Tibet that meditated and put them into capsules. The big electronic capsules and actually amplify their biological signals which were essentially resonance signals or radio signals to see if they had an effect externally. Well they found out that they did.

In fact Germany found out first. They did it first. It affected an entire populace. They calmed an entire populace. That was the one day England was calmed. They didn’t know what happened. It’s almost like everybody lost their will to fight. The next two days when they turned it off, everybody was raving mad. They were just charged up. They essentially zapped an entire populace. They calmed them down.

So with that technology you can influence emotions. It’s not so much making a person do something specifically but if you can enhance certain emotions and deter other emotions, you can essentially control a populace. If that technology was developed way back in the 40’s you can only imagine what’s being used today.

They also have sound equipment. They know the resonance of every organ in the human body. It’s already mapped. They know about the neurological system. It too is mapped. They know the resonance of all of what works in your body. They can essentially begin to shut down certain nerve groups in a person. For example; somebody you could be sitting there and all of the sudden your knees could hurt so bad you’d have to get up and move. When you get up and move you find that it is almost like the knees never did hurt. You go sit another place in the house, nothing. You go back to your desk at your computer everything is amplified.

That actually happens to people. They will be sitting behind their computer on a specific thing, all of the sudden they have aches and pains they never thought they would ever have. They are uncomfortable or they feel so irritated and aggravated they can’t even look at the screen. They have to get up and walk away. If they go anywhere else are at peace. If they go back to the computer, tat piece is disrupted. There you are. That’s not a fluke or resonance the machine is putting out. Things can be targeted that way.

Ever since they came out with cell phones, every cell phone in order for you to have a conversation, your exact location must be identified. It has to be co-ordinated and identified. That means everybody who is having a conversation they know the exact position on the entire earth for the entire conversation. In order for you to connect the phone to a network, they have to know your exact location, so that’s triangulation. So they know where everybody is.

Everybody is a number to a machine. Every person has a 4D profile with a rating on it, which means you’re helpful or not, but there’s a whole lot more levels then that. They can influence people to do specific things in certain ways. They can do this 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a press of a button.
