I'm doing a lot of security stuff today..Southern Prepper1 is right again...security, security, security...

I want to say that the sun is still holding plenty of m-flares but the baseline is easing down into the C-2 region with some further dips. This is good. The x-flare has hit earth with a couple of 6.m quakes.

By Feb 20th the x-rays will pick up and move the sun into a fast hot burn, Jumpstart. Judging by the mitigating factors, the powers of good, the sun will do low level x-flare runs.

Expect power outages at the very least and EMP stuff especially with Putin and Xi. Why let a good disaster go to waste?

Know your areas weak spots and plan accordingly.

During Katrina someone had a piece of land inland. They offered to take in some good friends from New Orleans. The good friends told their neighbors and 20-30 vehicles and RVs showed up at this good Samaritan's house and land.

He wrote his experience and it eas an excellent read. He first noted how everybody was in shock. A couple who were both chefs on Bourbon street brought all their cookware. No portable stove, food and or fuel, just pots and pans. Kids with no changes of clothes. Cash was short for everyone.

While I read it, all I could think about was Aster's farm at Woodstock. They all managed to get through the event.

A lot of people re-evaluated the idea of bugging out and questioned when is it a good idea? If a family is in a direct path of an event, yes leave. But the open road is full of dangers. Lots of kids were abducted while the parents were paying for gas, stuck in long lines. The roads ended up being parking lots.

We've all seen the movies and heard the stories, so understand when you leave your home your going to face a whole set of unforseen dilemmas.

An EMP is not destructive to the infrastructure like buildings and such. So take the time to thoroughly determine if leaving your space is the correct thing. Really weigh the pros and cons. Talk to people who have places you can go to, now. Know the fuel requirements to get there and have the cash, maps and extra gas cans.

You may ride the disaster out in your space then decide to maneuver during low traffic times. Between 3-6am the junkies, alcoholics and zombies sleep. Stealth stuff. A poor choice if kids are in tow.

OK y'all get the idea.

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
