No, because all state officials will tell you, is that they've handed the decision over to independent businesses and facilities. It's rather sneaky, actually, because Government will essentially say that they're allowing "independent businesses to choose" and thereby are supporting the constitution. Which is just bullshit, they're not choosing. Society has been fed nothing but lies and businesses have been literally indoctrinated for over a year to do the bidding of big government by enforcing masks.
