But i need to plan how long as dinner needs to be at a certain time. just not sure about the separate roasts. If it was all one piece, it would be an hour and a half. Because its 3 different pieces, it should not take that long, but unsure as I've never done this b4 All who call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Acts 2:21 Remember it. They were to deliver my lamb on thursday, didn't come. Didn't come today. Sorry out of stock. Never mind that I ordered and paid a week ago...grrr Quoting: egads! Anyhow, all I could find are 2lb boneless leg of lambs, which I bought 3 of. From what I see, it's about 16 minutes per lb, but they are separate roasts, and will lay atop a bed of potatoes. Do I cook the entire thing for 32 minutes, or would it be 32 minutes times 3 .. an hour and a half Thanks for any help! Don’t bother. Even if you prepare it perfectly it will still taste like leg of lamb |
