That's what I was wondering with covid, what % is communicable. And they are reporting that this fake "vaccine" causes covid to be a LOT more aggressive and not allowing the human body to fight it off.

vitamin D.....C....magnesium and calcium....tumeric...zinc....B12...K2...E.....and not everyday.I alternate. If I feel like I could be coming down with something....hit it with Oil of Oregano gelcaps or coloidial silver. Probiotics are also important. Getting plenty of rest is a good thing too!

Supplements are a great start but you don't need em. Just eat liver (or desiccated liver.) Head to tail consumption of beef is amazing for the body.
