Banning businesses from attracting Psychopaths

On my nation website..
As of April 2nd, 2021, businesses will not be allowed to advertise jobs that pay more than the median income.

Businesses must also differ their language in the advertisement of jobs.


Banned word..............New word.


Exciting.................Productive
Rewarding................Fulfilling
Motivation.........Honest Work Ethic
Advancement..............Opportunity
Business.................Establishment
Management...............Leadership
Paid.....................Earning
Profit..............Economic Acitivity


This is an effort to have my country's businesses not attract people with personality mental disorders.
