Welcome to the club TN. [ link to nationalgunrights.org (secure)] Here in Arkansas, Constitutional Carry is in effect, BUT. If you carry, just make sure you're 100% legal. I.E. no warrants, no felonies, fucking taxes paid, vehicle registration, anything that applies to being a law-abiding person. Don't give LE a reason to fuck with you and they probably won't. Arkansas
As of March 2020 Arkansas is recognized as a true Constitutional Carry state by NAGR, at least until another court decides otherwise.
Pettry v. State decided early in 2020 clearly applied the 2018 Taff v. State decision to a concealed carry case. That said, the statute is a mess and should be clarified.
