Oh Fossy I'm so sorry. I think this is the worst thing that can happen to a couple. This just breaks my heart because it happens to all of us, we can't escape this. Too young for you. I wish I had met my husband sooner so we can have even more time together.

Thanks for taking the time to share your personal story, that was very brave. It helps us all remember what we have lost and perhaps cherish more what we have at the moment. Not many people have found their soulmate, so I guess you are blessed for having that time with him, or we could be blessed to not find ours, only to lose them. Such confusing emotions, but my bet is that you are the blessed one for even knowing that kind of love that many of us won't feel until we leave this world. The part about your hair is wrenching, like a story from a fairy tale. I sure hope you continue to be blessed.

WIth every moment being a gift, you have seemingly chosen False Hope and Death as your guides. I pray those two deities do not prey upon you now. Now that you have summoned them and pled for others to intercede on your behalf. Perhaps Hope and Vainglory might step in if you do penance for their mercy. Otherwise, your reliance on Grace, in tempting Time, may not be enough. You could be gone in a blink. Deigning to chose which future to look forward to is not a mortals choice, only a burden.
