I am halfway into the podcast. I have to take a break because it is so sad and horrible. I have known this exists, but when you hear a human voice behind it...it's too much.

The torture, psychological damage, splitting the personality... How does one deal with this knowledge and survive? Anything that is good had to be destroyed in his mind so they could continue raping and torturing in the name of evil spirits? How does one recover? I wish I could give this man a hug. I hear you. It seems impossible. Faith, disciplined practices, and more faith I reckon. I am amazed that he seems to have cultivated genuine forgiveness. I think, for the sheer sake of forgiveness, it 'helps' that his torturers were his parents.
