It is under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA), same did the Nazis back then, when Germany wanted to build a supreme race and take out all the rest or make them slaves or soap.

So, it is legal, under the Government that follows a new set of rules that have been created because of the EUA, which is Global Obedience or die.

The actual question should rather be, will you take the paper and sign for it, or will you fill the paper when you go to get vaccinated, since that is like giving a consent to everything after and for ever, or will you run to the mountains, build an army and hit and run.
