Oh hey now, in other ancient cultures the number 4 also represents foundation, home, solid structure (in function) and is revered in quite an opposite manner than Asian culture.
So, take it for it's worth. Was just studying that US chart. My specialty is another method but am familiar w/ Western method somewhat. Am asking a good pal o'mine to look at that and get back w/ me so I can fwd to you.
