I feel like the correct response to your post is
more like having a WORD OF THE DAY.
In this context TODAY
the word I would choose would be BALANCE.
We don't want to run around with our head in the sand
--thinking everything is just "lovely" and I'm not
worried about anything since I will "ascend to 5th density
any minute"...you know that kind of mindset.
Coming up in a military family with ALL the males in
the family active duty in WWII/Vietnam--even one on the U.S.S. Arizona
--makes me more pragmatic than most--and I do try to
stay positive as well.
I don't think GLP has ever been a "warm fuzzy place"
and if you have been here very long you need to "grow
a thick skin" (as I was told early on.) In this case it's
even MORE IMPORTANT to have "balance" in this group than in
any other Forum.
We get some pretty POSITIVE information on a daily basis
with our red-pinned choices from the MODS who do an excellent
job at this and are rarely recognized for doing so....

parts of our planet and our current political and GLOBAL health
situation.
