Cadbury is, imo, too sweet for the most part, but I am sure they have some good stuff too.

I would stay away from Palmer, most Nestle for their ethics and basically anything that is generic and uses lots of palm oil and low base additives.

Local specialty chocolate shops are a good bet too though.
