Same to you, as for dinner, I roasted Lamb shanks and served them with a Greek salad. its tradish here at home.

I just cooked a Chicken Roast Dinner for my Family. Chicken, roast vegetables, pea, corn, etc. My Mum made her famous Pavlova for Dessert.

I feel very blessed that we can all be together for Easter. Last year we were in Lockdown and could not spend time together.

Still trying to catch that rabbit, but the hole goes deep and Alice is in isolation so to help by going down to the Wonderland and fetch the rabbit.

Roast chicken with all the trimmings for my son

I am vegan so I made myself a nice lentil 'shepherds' pie

Apple crumble and ice cream for dessert

I also made some chocolates for later - got some large Bournville buttons and put them in oven for literally 1 min until they started to melt ( on oven tray with greasproof paper) and once the were melted I pushed a salted pretzel into each one. Trust me these are super delicious
