My dad's insurance was switched or bought out and he showed me the mail with the envelop. There were Chinese characters on the envelop. I've never seen anything like this before. Why would China take over American health insurance? grass fed sardines

This was printed on the outside of the envelope. without a translation, it was just random characters printed. I'll take a picture of it later. He was informed a few days ago he has new insurance. I don't think he made this choice, sounds more like a take over. grass fed sardines
