As They Are Perceived By The Physical Eye...And They Mean Five...As There Are Five Dots...The Action Of Typing Those Dots Brought Them In To Reality...They Add Up To Five So Now We Are Thinking About Five Dots..Where Before They Were Just Imagination...And The Number Five Conjures All Sorts Of Thoughts...

Say Five Fingers...Now Five Is A Physicality That Is More Than Thought...Now It Has Texture And Touch...From That Five Came The Very Dots On The Page...But In Reality Imagination Created The Dots..

So We Now Have A Picture Of A Spiritual Hand That Guided The Physical Hand To Type The Dots. The Hand Does Not Just Type Dots Though...It Types Love And So When The Word Love Is Typed Or Thought...That Word Releases - Spiritual Balanced Energy From The Spiritual Realm Of Imagination.

The Breath That’s Come from Thee Is Hot with the Thought of the Moment the Breath Inhaled Is as New Essence.
Wave Comes In Wave Goes Out. God Breathes In God Breathes Out.

And This Is My Imagination On A Page Or Is It. Once a Number Letter Is Written It Exists It Is, It Has Form Structure Depth Breadth Height. It Conveys Many Things And All Letters And Numbers Are Imagination Just Waiting To Be Discovered.

No WONDER God saw fit to send us a Savior.

"THE REMEDY."

.....at least for me, it is.

And what exactly IS the "remedy"?

It's a "thankful" heart.

i really AM a "gremlin" without it.

And where, would i, the most unlikeliest "candidate" for it, EVER get this?

It started when God "knocked me off my horse", so to speak. Just as He did with Saul aka Paul. He actually had to do this several times with me. i nearly died. i SHOULD have died. Once i had bacterial pneumonia, and the hospital misdiagnosed me. i went down to around 80 lbs, and i KNEW i was gonna die, and i SHOULD have.....ever heard of ANYONE surviving bacterial pneumonia WITHOUT antibiotics?

i had a fever and i was kinda' delerious, or just very weak and dehydrated cuz i couldn't keep ANYTHING down. But then i was given aspirin (by my crazy sister, who is, by the way, the very one who led me to Christ....God can use ANYONE, can't He?)

(Don't read this if you're squeamish) ok, the aspirin broke the fever, and i started vomiting this thick, lumpy, rust colored stuff that smelled some kind o' awful, and LOTS of it.

Then i got real hungry, and ate about 6 oranges.

i was recovering.

Why i write all this is to say that God USED it (and other dire times) to clear out what was blocking me from an authentically thankful heart.

Y'see, my HEART needed healing even more than my physical body. Through this experience (and others), God did both.

In the process He transformed me from being a gremlin, with a heart of stone, to a daughter of His, with a heart of flesh, and one of the symptoms of a transformed heart is a THANKFUL heart.

HE knew THAT is what i needed most.

And i'm thankful that He provided the remedy.

Loving God.

Now this is just not possible, is it?

How can our hearts even fathom what that means, or even be "capable" of it?

It surely can not mean the superficial and fleeting "love" that comes n' goes with all of us, can it?

Even this "love" that we declare for one another, vowing to love each other "till death do us part", is not solid or deep for the most part. Otherwise why are there so many divorces?

Therefore, HOW can we even "love" God?

Jesus, when asked what was the most important commandment said that we are to love the Lord thy God with all our hearts,and with all our soul and with all our mind.

It seems rather daunting, doesn't it? ME? Loving God like that?

Noooooooooooo.....it's not possible.

Well yeah, if WAS impossible. Ya' can't just conjure this love up from nowhere, or "force" it, or pretend it's there, or by wishful thinking, can ya'?

i've TRIED it. It doesn't work. i failed mizzzzerably.

it's very disheartening and discouraging.

Until we seek God Himself on this impossible quest. THAT is when He, in essence, says 'You shoulda' come to Me in the first place. Of COURSE you can't do something you're incapabld of doing.'

THAT is when He pours into us HIS love, to overflowing, and it becomes clear, that in and of ourselves, WE cannot love Him as we were commanded. HE has to grant us what we need in order to do so.

A Merry Heart.

Is it true that a "merry heart" is like "good medicine"?

Does it boost the immune system?

A merry heart is the equivalent of "joy", isn't it?


Is "joy" the antidote to an ailing immune system?

If so, maybe we're all searching in the wrong places for health, which is the equivalent to a healthy and thriving immune system.

When is the last time we all had a good ol' "belly laugh"?

(i've had a few on GLP......that's part of the reason i joined and then later became a paying member).

Trust in the Father and the Son fully

A verse came to mind as i read your post. You summarized what is pleasing to God, and thus blesses His very heart. How delightful.

Another verse comes the mind, and that is this one:

"Delight thyself also in the Lord: and He shall give thee the desires of thine heart." -Psalm 37:4

The first verse that came to mind is:

"He has shewed thee, O man, what is good, and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?" -Micah 6:8

FINDING GOD.

Can you imagine what it means to "seek" God, and in the "seeking", to "find" Him?

Is this what it means to "delight" in Him? Does it tie right in to "loving" Him?

When i think about it, this is not what we are inclined to do, is it? As a matter of fact, it's really one of the last things we want to do, and we avoid it....like the plague.

Well that makes sense, doesn't it? We are "fallen", and so has our "ancestors" been before us, all the way back to Adam and Eve.

However, look at what God has done......

He has provided a "way out" of that chasm of hating on Him and spurning Him, all the way to our graves.

He set it all in place all the way back in Genesis. At least that is where it is recorded. He had a plan, and as history un-folded, and prophesies came to pass, THERE it was.

And it was none other than His only begotten Son, born to humble and obedient Mary, a virgin, and her betrothed, Joseph, in the most unlikeliest of places.

This small baby, would grow to be the very One Who would shake the very foundations of this corrupted and captured and imprisoned world, bound by Satan's chains, along with every prisoner born to it after Adam and Eve.

God does the "impossible" through His only begotten Son, Who shed His blood for us, and died an insidious death, and lo and behold, ROSE again.

The "impossible", is that through Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of the living God, there is a "remedy" for our aversion to, and hatred for the living God. He can transform our hearts of stone into hearts of flesh, that reflect and pours out the love that HE pours in to our regenerated hearts, so that we CAN/are able to love God, and thus to delight in Him, and therefore to SEEK Him.

THIS has been His plan all along.

"I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me." -Proverbs 8:17

THOSE DREADED WORDS.

Can you imagine Jesus EVER saying these words? How horrifying it would be to be "sent" from Him, and these words, condemning and casting you out for an eternity.

WHY would Jesus do/say such a thing?

And just WHAT are those dreaded words?

Jesus extends the door of grace, right now, but there will come a day when those doors of grace will close. There will be those whose consciences have been seared and who do NOT wish to "know" Jesus, but may want His power and claim to use His name to do "signs and wonders", just as Simon the sorcerer/magician attempted, but was rebuked by Peter and accursed along with his money that he attempted to use to"buy" the power of the Holy Spirit.

The dreaded words:

"I never knew you: depart from me..." -Matthew 7:23

Do we really "know" Jesus? This is the question that our eternal destination rests on, isn't it?

HEAVEN.

A preacher once said that yes, EVERYBODY wants to go to heaven, but there are some who just don't want God to be there when they get there.

What is "heaven" to us?

Is it an end in itself?

Is "heaven" our focus, or is "God"?

Heaven was never intended to "compete" with God, was it?

The only time a created being desired heaven without God was when "the father of lies and a murderer from the beginning", Lucifer aka Satan, wanted to overthrow and de-throne God and throw Him out of heaven.

This was the genesis of sin, and it was "high treason" against the living God.

Surely we do not harbor such things in our heart, right?

DAVID.

It is written that David was a man "after God's own heart" and the "apple of God's eye".

It is also written that David was a young shepherd boy, who was, as a matter of fact, an exemplary and skilled shepherd, who was, at his very young age, already a "warrior", so to speak, because he was willing to fight for, and protect his sheep, even at the cost of his own life. The bottom line, is that he was willing to go down fighting for them.

At his young age, he had ALREADY protected his flock from a lion and a bear, and he had killed both of them with hisbare hands.

What is most telling about this young shepherd, is that he had already, during those long, arduous days of being vigilent in guarding his sheep, had been developing a relationship with the living God. He learned that there is no relationship without the "fear of the Lord", for it is impossible to know, and therefore to be in a relationship with the living God without "wisdom". And where does this wisdom come from? As it is written in Proverbs 9:10, the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.

David's "anchor", so to speak, was his "fear of the Lord". The bottom line, is that when one fears the Lord, they fear NONE else, including lions and bears, and big ol' bully-giants named Goliath.

And THIS is why David, when he saw the king and all his men, cowering and shakin' in their boots, hiding from Goliath, as Goliath mocked and scorned and insulted not only thd king and all his men, but also the living God Whom they said they believed in, David RANNNNNNNNN towards Goliath.

The king first wanted to fit David with his armor, but David was sucha young boy, that it was waaaaay too big. Now David ALREADY had defeated foes, and he didn't need the kings armor, cuz he already knew WHOSE armor he was wearing, and that was GOD'S armor, and it fit "just right". He also knew WHOSE battle it was, and that it was the LORD'S battle, and not "his".

His wisdom is ALREADY apparent in his every word, thought, and deed.

He was the ONLY ONE in all the kings men, and even the king himself who didn't fear Goliath.

And why was that?

It was because He was the only one who feared God.

(And we all know what happened to Goliath, right?)

COUNTERFEIT DETECTOR

God, along with the wisdom that He freely gives, gives us "discernment", in the form of a "counterfeit detector". It's along the lines of Jesus Christ's "sheep" hearing and recognizing HIS voice, and HIS voice only. Any other "voice" to His sheep, are "counterfeit" voices. HIS voice is discerned through His Word, via the Holy Spirit, which, as it is written, is our "Teacher", as we read His Word.THIS is how HIS Words are woven into our very souls, and the TRUTH of His Words take root, and NOTHING can remove them from us, nor remove their "imprint". And THIS is how we are given "discernment" to "detect", "recognize" ANY counterfeit "words" or "voices" from anyone, anything, including the living God's own arch-enemy (and ours), and that is Satan himself, that ol' father of lies, deceiver, and a murderer from the beginning.

Discernment from God, grants us the gift/ability to recognize that ol' serpent in ALL of his many "guises", because he, IS a "counterfeit", and the epitomy of what "counterfeit" IS. He is the "ultimate" counterfeiter extraordinaire in all his fake-wanna-be-God-crumbling "man-behind-the-green-curtain-smoke-n'-mirrors" deceptive trickery.

Yes, God equips His own to be a "counterfeit detector". It's part of the armor He fits us with. After all, what good is armor if one has no wisdom or discernment to use it properly nor to discern just what or whom the "enemy" is.

And of course, lest we forget, there's the vital part of that armor, and that would be the "sword".

And what is the "sword"?

That is the "Word of God", the Bible.

It's the sword of the spirit, and it literally "slays" any semblance of "counterfeit".

THIS is how God develops "counterfeit detectors" in us, His own.

He NEVER EVER leaves us "unequipped".

MOSES.

It is written that Moses was the most humble man on earth. It is also written that God spoke to Moses as one speaks to a friend.

Now one of the most memorable conversations written is when Moses essentially "argued" with God regarding the Israelites, who had conspired against Moses on multiple occasions, and actually planned to "kill" him. Their rebellion and treachery had wearied Moses. Not only that, but God had asked Moses about the rebellious Israelites, calling them "Moses'" people.

It was then that Moses asked God why God had cursed him with these backbiting people, and he asked God if he (Moses) had "given birth" to them. i laughed so hard when i read this hahaaa...

Ok, Moses had HAD it with these people, and it was a thankless job. Even His brother and his sister turned against him (Aaron and Miriam).

Now HERE is the clincher for me, and that is that God did NOT get angry with Moses.

Why was that?
