Weird questions while taking online surveys

So, I found an app that shall remain nameless that gives out a free cryptocurrency that also shall remain nameless if you take surveys online. The surveys are usually short and they pay out pretty decently and is totally legit.

Some of the surveys do consist of political topics.

Most are product based. Sometimes out of left field they will throw out a covid question. For example, after asking questions about certain brands of home decor, they will throw in a question about covid. Sometimes more than one. Like how has covid affected your shopping. Which is an understandable question. But they also ask your political affiliation and show you voted for in the 2020 election.

I would also like to add, I never answer the questions truthfully.

Anyone else experience this?
