Um yeah, I don’t think so. “Redneck”? Then why would you want to move here? The You best be thinking twice before you try moving here with your shitty attitude. Portland would love you and weed is legal there, so problem solved LOSER. And just so you know, $450k won’t by you squat around here anymore. Maybe a bare piece of land if you’re lucky.

I live here, my property went from $600k to 2.5 million in the past 6 years. I am also a real estate agent, so you must be looking in shitholes. Sure, there’s cheap places, but there’s a reason they are cheap. A 2200 sf 20 year old house just sold for $600k in my neighborhood and it’s on less than a .25 acre. So sure, you can find lots of cheap places but you can find the same shitty place in Nevada so stay there.
