Jesus was a Buddhist. Most of his teachings were taken from Eastern Religions.

Every one of His teachings can be found in the Septuagint.
To be blunt, it is more likely the teachings of Jesus influenced both Hinduism and Buddhism.

The timing just isn't right historically.
The Far East was well established BC, and the origins of Christianity came from the plateau below Tibet... with migration to the Fertile Crescent/Silk Route. Ancient man were travelers, so the location really didn't matter. It was the oral tradition that was important.
