Jesus was a Buddhist. Most of his teachings were taken from Eastern Religions.

The timing just isn't right historically. The Far East was well established BC, and the origins of Christianity came from the plateau below Tibet... with migration to the Fertile Crescent/Silk Route. Ancient man were travelers, so the location really didn't matter. It was the oral tradition that was important.
