I would not call this prepping - like they prepping everyone that it was going to happen.
The way I view the above articles is that when people in the future go back in history to study what happened, they will find these articles and think that everything that occurred is legitimate and not some conspiracy.

I think much evidence exists to prove the HRE never went away. It is what remains in control today. Proof? - Look at the Vatican and banking empires/families that go back to the days of old. Same families/lineages. Not to mention secret societies, religious cults, mystery schools..
